Welcome to High Score PTE. By browsing our website, registering for classes, or enrolling in our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Rendered

High Score PTE offers online PTE Academic preparation programs including live concept classes, mock evaluations, study material, and student support. All classes are conducted online via live interaction suites unless specified otherwise.

2. Payment & Billing

Payment for course enrollments is collected upfront in full. High Score PTE integrates with Razorpay for secure card, Netbanking, and UPI processing. All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard applicable processing taxes.

3. Permitted Use & Copyright

All materials provided during the courses, including speaking templates, vocabulary lists, writing frameworks, and lecture recordings, are the intellectual property of High Score PTE. Students are granted a single-user personal license for study preparation. Redistribution, sharing, copying, or selling of High Score PTE resources is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

4. Portal & Account Sharing

Student portal accounts and credentials provided for the PTE practice portal are for individual use only. If a student is found sharing their portal login credentials with third parties, High Score PTE reserves the right to terminate portal access immediately without a refund.

5. Liability Disclaimer

While Ms. Harpreet Kaur has a verified 18+ year track record of successful training, PTE score outcomes depend entirely on individual student exam performance, preparation commitment, and Pearson algorithms. High Score PTE does not guarantee a specific score and cannot be held legally liable for candidates who do not achieve their target score.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of enrollment or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab/Chandigarh.
