Refund and Cancellation Policy

At High Score PTE, we strive to provide the highest quality online coaching, study templates, and diagnostics to prepare you for the PTE Academic exam. Please review our policies regarding refunds and class cancellations below.

1. Course Enrollment and Refunds

Since our services consist of live interactive sessions and digital access to PTE preparation portals and proprietary templates, the following refund rules apply:

• Within 24 Hours of Enrollment: You are eligible for a 100% refund of the enrollment fee if the request is submitted within 24 hours of payment, provided that you have not attended any live session or accessed our premium online practice portal.
• After 24 Hours or Once Portal Access is Granted: No refunds will be provided after the 24-hour window has expired or once the student login credentials to our online portals are generated and shared, whichever comes first.

2. Cancellation of Live Sessions

We require mutual respect for scheduled batch times. The following rules govern session cancellations:

• Cancellation by Student: Students in personal 1-on-1 coaching must notify the trainer at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule a scheduled mock test evaluation. Missed sessions without notice will be counted as completed.
• Cancellation by High Score PTE: In the rare event that a live concept class is cancelled by the trainer due to technical issues or emergencies, a makeup session will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund within the eligible 24-hour window, please send an email to highscoreptebyharpreet@gmail.com with your transaction details (Payment ID, Plan Name, and invoice copy) or contact us via WhatsApp.

4. Policy Revisions

High Score PTE reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time to comply with local financial laws and payment gateway compliance updates. Modifications will become effective immediately upon posting on this page.
